We can't imagine how upsetting and stressful trying to plan your wedding in the current circumstances is. The latest restrictions announced were a blow, there's no getting away from it...but we are staying positive and will help in anyway we can. Here is how we can help you...

DIGITAL INVITES

We are offering our existing wedding customers a free digital 'Change the Date' if you need to communicate a change of date, location or postponement to your guests via email. Please contact us to begin work.

CHANGE THE DATE

We have a variety of printed 'Change the Date' cards available to purchase as physical cards, priced as reasonably as we possibly can.

STATIONERY REPRINTS

If you would prefer physical reprints of your wedding invitations rather than a digital file, we are offering our existing customers a 30% discount if your details have to change due to coronaviris. Please contact us to set up your order.

DATE-LESS 'ON THE DAY' STATIONERY

Our Table Plans, Orders of Service and Menus will no longer feature the date of your wedding meaning they will not need to be replaced if your wedding is postponed.

DESIGN NOW, PRINT LATER

If you would like to make a start on your wedding invitations but don't know how many you will need to print we have a 'design now print later' offer which requests a non-refundable deposit of £50.00. We will then create all artwork and proofs and only request the final balance due when approved for print and final numbers are known. Click here for more information and to set up your order.

LAST MINUTE PRINTING

We totally understand the predicament couples are in with government guidelines changing with short notice. Our advice is to order as early as possible (a minimum of 3 weeks before the big day) so that artwork can be created and approved....but we can hold off printing until 10 working days before your wedding to guarantee delivery.

AMENDING ORDERS

We are happy to keep all existing orders on hold as long as needed and will only print when you are confident with final details and numbers. Unfortunately once personalised artwork proofs have been supplied we can not offer refunds, however, we are happy to make amendments beyond the standard 3 rounds included in the price to ensure all details are up to date. We are also happy to adjust numbers of the final products you require to suit your needs.
